The historic BURSLEM MARKET HALL is currently undergoing renovations, and we are delighted to be running a community heritage project - STALL STORIES - inviting local people to celebrate and preserve the stories of one of the town’s most loved landmarks which has been closed to the public for 23 years.
During June and July we held public engagement sessions at 32 Queen Street, where we met some amazing people with wonderful memories of the old Market Hall.
We're taking a break from the project while we make plans for further activities, but in the meantime, if you have memories to share, please email claybodytheatre@gmail.com
