BSL INTERPRETED - Wednesday 17 December, 7:30pm

CAPTIONED - Thursday 18 December, 1pm

Theatre captioning provides live, text-based transcripts of dialogue and other important sounds, like a scrolling subtitle system. It makes live performances accessible to people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have other needs, by displaying the text on screens placed near the stage or on personal devices. This system also includes speaker names, sound effects, and offstage noises, unlike traditional surtitles used for foreign language translations.

RELAXED - Thursday 18 December, 1pm

Relaxed performances are theatre shows that have a more casual and accepting atmosphere, allowing for noise, movement, and audience reactions. Adaptations are made to the show's technical elements, like reducing flashing lights and loud noises, and a designated chill-out space is available for those who need a break. These performances are designed for anyone who would benefit from a less rigid environment, including those with sensory needs, neurodivergence, or anxiety.
