This original play from 2017 was recorded as an audio drama in 2020. It helped us to continue to make work and offer employment to actors and creatives. We also retained a vital connection with our audience, offering audio drama during the covid-19 pandemic lockdown.

Making the Dirty Laundry Audio Drama.
We assembled the brilliant original cast, and recorded the drama in January on location in Newcastle-u-Lyme and Middleport Pottery.
Members of our wonderful Claybody Community Company were also able to join us to create the world of Warham’s Pottery.
Deborah adapted her original playscript into 5 audio drama episodes. Conrad directed and edited the episodes with recordist and sound designer, Andy Partington.
